Our parts are Express delivered with UPS within 24h in the European Union, within 4 days to Australia or New Zealand and within 2-5 days anywhere in the world.

Price displayed VAT FREE for Australia, New Zealand and outside the European Union: once your account is created and your delivery address is introduced, you are exempt from VAT and the prices are displayed with a 20% discount. A confirmation email is sent to you when your product leaves one of our warehouses and is handed over to a carrier (DHL, UPS..). Click on the link provided to track your package or find it in "Order History". Once your order is validated, you can find your invoice online in "Order History" in the "My Account" section on our site.

1. Cancellation of a paid, unshipped order:
Your order is fully refunded by Krosfou to the payment method used when paying for your order.

2. Cancellation of a paid and shipped order:
We CANNOT cancel orders that have already left one of our warehouses. If this is the case, we invite you to wait for the delivery of your package to then make a return and be refunded.

Installation must be performed by a professional and a diagnostic tool is required for the DPF.

The Diesel Particulate Filter or DPF is a passive device controlled by your vehicle's electronics and whose lifespan depends mainly on the condition of your engine and your driving.

Your engine must be well maintained and adjusted: a micro oil leak that passes into the exhaust gases or a defective EGR valve can destroy a DPF in less than 3 months.

Your driving must allow your vehicle to regenerate your DPF (burn the intercepted particles) once every 2 weeks approximately. For this, simply drive 20-30 minutes on the highway/expressway (or at a minimum engine speed of 3,000 rpm) so that your vehicle's electronics (detecting a sufficiently high temperature and particles to burn) triggers the regeneration of your DPF.

All products must be returned to our factory in Poland (EU). Return charges are £89.

All our products are GUARANTEED for 3 years. This warranty is limited to use not exceeding 100,000 kilometers.

The warranty period begins on the date of receipt of the product.

We take these cases very seriously and will examine each case thoroughly.

Please always check your packages upon delivery in the presence of the carrier. In case your packaging is damaged, be sure to take a photo of the cardboard packaging. It is also important to check the integrity of the package contents.

You can send us photos by email at support@krosfou.com: we will do everything possible to replace your merchandise if needed.

Please keep us informed in case of an undelivered package. Our logistics team will contact the delivery agency responsible for your package as soon as possible to locate it.

Refund processing begins upon receipt of your part at the warehouse site.
The refund period varies from 24h to 72h depending on your bank.

All our DPF and catalytic converters are made of high-quality cordierite (ceramic), offering optimal thermal resistance, excellent stability and unbeatable value for money.

Special versions in silicon carbide (SiC) (for DPF) or metal (for ethanol/LPG vehicle catalytic converters) can be manufactured to order (minimum quantity required for SiC).

All Krosfou products are E24-103R certified by TÜV SÜD Automotive GmbH and guaranteed for 3 years.

Your product mounts exactly the same way upstream and downstream of the part, by direct assembly.

This scenario, although quite rare, can occur when the product was not initially made at the request of an automobile manufacturer. Our factory in Poland may adopt a different shape according to available technological developments, guaranteeing optimal performance.

Our DPF and catalytic converters are 95% made of STAINLESS 409 (body and pipes). STAINLESS is a stainless steel and therefore resistant to corrosion, thanks to the chromium present in its composition. For technical and mechanical reasons, the ends of our products that serve as junctions between different parts are made of S235 steel.
STAINLESS 409 from the ferritic steel family reacts to magnets; contrary to popular belief, there is no correlation between magnetism and material quality.

Browning traces due to welding smoke deposits may appear on our products. Indeed, all our welds are done by hand to guarantee greater durability.

The installation kit includes the parts necessary for installing your DPF or catalytic converter (screws, clamps, etc.).

This varies according to manufacturer recommendations, between 80,000 and 120,000 km.

The catalytic converter (upstream) protects the DPF by eliminating oils/combustion residues likely to clog its cells, and must always be replaced when changing a DPF. When the catalytic converter is damaged, it becomes noisy and makes a sound called "old saucepan noise".

When intervention is necessary at the DPF level, a specific warning light comes on the dashboard. The vehicle loses power and goes into degraded mode. Any intervention is necessarily the responsibility of a professional and requires in particular a reset of the vehicle's ECU (Electronic Control Unit) parameters with the diagnostic tool.

Catalytic converter: its main function is to reduce the pollution produced by exhaust gases. It transforms the most toxic constituents of exhaust gases (carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide and unburned hydrocarbons) into less toxic elements (water, carbon dioxide and nitrogen). This transformation is possible thanks to a high temperature, reached after several minutes of driving.
The catalytic converter does not require the use of a diagnostic tool.

Particulate filter: It is located after the catalytic converter, downstream of the exhaust line. The DPF retains, on its porous walls, solid particles that are generated by the engine. DPF are mandatory on all DIESEL vehicles since 2011.
The diagnostic tool is necessary and only a professional can change the DPF.

No, with Krosfou 2025 technology, the heat shields from original parts are generally no longer necessary.
